GPOYW “LA Marathon 2010 edition”
4 hours, 45 minutes, and 30 seconds… my finish time.
As I soak my sore feet in Epsom salt and water, I recount perhaps the most physically grueling experience but also one of my best personal achievements in my life so far.
Woke up at 4:30 AM Sunday morning….

Background story: Just got handed this postcard to “individualise” on behalf of SA Tourism (www.southafrica.net). Companies all over the country are being asked to get their staff to do the same. They will be handed out to the Soccer World Cup touristas who will be invading our part of the world in a few days time… this is my contribution. Hopefully the recipient of this one will post it back on tumblr… that’d be nice.
